In its pursuit of further business professionalism and excellence, dREAMSCAPE Luxury Travel Network has appointed Intertek, a UK-based consultant, to help it become ISO 9001:2015 certified.

"I am pleased to announce that Intertek, which specialises in professional quality, will refine our SOP, business and risk management to achieve our aim of being ISO 9001 certified," said Fitri Tresnawida, dREAMSCAPE's Managing Director and Chief Travel Designer.

"Through this initiative, we trust that it will push our service standards and growth to a new level for the benefit of our clients. 

"Over the coming months the Intertek team will re-audit both our internal and external processes, which includes conducting interviews with our clients and suppliers. I would like to thank our loyal partners and clients who will be participating in this improvement!" Fitri added.

ISO 9001 is the international standard that specifies requirements for a quality management system (QMS). Organizations use the standard to demonstrate the ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer and regulatory requirements. It is the most popular standard in the ISO 9000 series and the only standard in the series to which organizations can certify.

ISO 9001:2015 applies to any organization, regardless of size or industry. More than one million organizations from more than 160 countries have applied the ISO 9001 standard requirements to their quality management systems.
